Overview
Safa Azeem is an associate in the Firm's global real estate industry group based in the London office.
Safa focuses on borrowing and lending facilities for real estate finance transactions. Safa has experience in acting for borrowers and lenders in relation to senior and mezzanine investment and development facilities for a broad range of asset classes including hospitality and operating assets, loan on loan and repo financing and syndications.
Safa joined the London office as a trainee and completed seats with the Real Estate Finance, Arbitration and Financial Services Regulatory practices. She has also spent six months on secondment to the Firm's Paris office where she worked on Energy, Infrastructure, Project and Asset Finance transactions across Europe and Africa.

Representation of Starwood Capital Group's lending business in relation to the origination and acquisition of real estate loans throughout EMEA.
Representation of Aareal Bank AG on their domestic and pan European portfolio financings.
Representation of Investec Bank in relation to their domestic investment and development facilities.
Representation of a London based data centre operator in relation to development financing of sites in the UK and Europe.
